Talk about your websiteChoose the level of support you need

£60/month
£48/month for nonprofits
Includes Muchly One Standard worth £50/month and up to 30 minutes of minor changes each month. Additional changes are agreed separately.
More than somewhere to host your website
Keep your website looked after
Both options include hosting and security updates for a straightforward website. Choose whether you need included time for minor changes; additional work and bespoke platform care are quoted separately.
Bring your business together
Use Muchly One as the heart of your website and day-to-day business. Bring contacts, tasks and selected workflows such as quotes, invoices and jobs into one workspace, with permissions for your team.
Give customers a place of their own
A branded customer portal gives customers a way to access the information and services you make available through your enabled modules, such as quotes, invoices and job details.
Connect as your needs grow
Standard includes developer API capability for agreed integrations. We can plan connections between your website and business workflows; custom integration work is scoped separately.
Your content, in your hands
Both hosting options include the planned exclusive Site Content module. Update the text, images and other content fields agreed for your site in Muchly One, and your website uses that content through a headless content API.
For example, change a service description or replace a photo without asking for a code change. We agree which content you can edit as part of the website build and show you how to manage it.
This is not a drag-and-drop site editor. The layout, design and functionality are built for you; structural changes and new features are agreed separately.
Full Standard, included with care
Your included Muchly One Standard subscription has the same allowances as Standard purchased directly:
- CRM, Tasks and Contact, plus 10 additional module slots
- 10 team seats and 100 GB shared storage
- A branded customer portal and developer API capability
- The exclusive Muchly Digital Site Content module, included outside your 10 module slots
Choose modules around the way you work. Paid module, seat and storage add-ons are charged separately.
A clear arrangement from the start
The website build is quoted separately. Hosting at £30/month and hosting with care at £60/month (£48 for nonprofits on the care plan) cover straightforward websites. Domains and other provider subscriptions are extra. Bespoke platforms need an individually quoted hosting and maintenance arrangement.
The Muchly One bundle and website content integration are planned. We will confirm availability, setup, editable content and the support scope in your proposal before you commit.
One qualifying hosting agreement includes Business or Standard, depending on your plan, for one organisation while the agreement remains active. If hosting ends, we will agree your options for a standalone Muchly One subscription and the export or migration of your website content. Continued access to the exclusive content module is not automatically included with a standalone Muchly One subscription.
Have hosting already? Suitable customer-provided hosting remains an option, with setup and ongoing responsibilities agreed upfront. The included Muchly One subscription and Site Content module are benefits of a qualifying hosting agreement.
