LET'S MAKE THIS EASIER

Ongoing help

Someone to come back to when your website, tools or ways of working need attention.

You do not always need a new project. Sometimes you need a small change, a second opinion or help getting more from the tools you already pay for. I can help with a defined piece of work or an agreed ongoing arrangement.

What I can help with

Website care and improvements

Hosting and care for straightforward websites includes security updates, minor changes and Muchly One Standard worth £50/month*. Manage your business and editable website content through Muchly One, with availability and scope confirmed in your proposal.

Choosing and setting up tools

Work through options for shared documents, calendars or team information. That might mean improving an existing service or setting up a workspace such as Nextcloud or Google Workspace where it fits.

Everyday digital changes

Help with business email, account handovers, forms or connecting suitable tools, with clear instructions for the people using them.

A plan for what comes next

Review what is working, identify the gaps and prioritise improvements so you can make progress in manageable stages.

Finding the right approach

I start by understanding the systems you have and the help you need. For an existing setup, an initial review may be needed before I can take responsibility for maintenance. We agree what I look after, what stays with your current providers and how to request changes.

Scope and cost agreed first

Occasional support is £120 per hour. Prepaid blocks and monthly arrangements are also available; see the price guide for allowances, discounts and terms. Work is quoted around the agreed scope. Maintenance, backup checks, small changes and advice are included only where specified; larger features, subscriptions and hardware are agreed separately. Work is planned around an agreed schedule. Response expectations are agreed upfront; this is not an emergency or round-the-clock helpdesk.

Start with a conversation

Tell me which website or tools you use, what help you need and whether you have a specific task or would like regular support.

You do not need a technical specification. A rough idea or a description of the problem is enough to start. Send a message below, or visit the contact page to email me or book a call.
